Goals and Objectives

Below are the goals I have set for myself.  I will do my best to follow through and post about my successes (and failures). Hopefully I will be able to FINALLY see the changes I need to turnaround parts of my health.  Although I have been following a combination of these methods for the past few months (and lost 9lbs.) I want to be more accountable and see what happens. 

Overall Goals:
-Lower fasting blood glucose level 
-Tone up
-Lose FAT (if the weight on the scale goes down, great. But I'm more concerned with actual FAT loss than weight loss)

 Dietary goals:
-Very Low Carb (25-50g net carbs a day)
-Follow a that is combination of Paleo/LCHF/Atkins (lots of bacon!)
-16/8 Intermittent Fast (IF) every day.  Stop eating at 9PM at night and don't eat again until 1PM the next day.  I will have a "window of feeding" between 1PM and 9PM with my biggest meal at 1PM (To help my body become more sensitive to insulin)
-Avoid sugar and artificial sweeteners as best as I can (I do love chocolate and 1-pump SF vanilla syrup in my coffee)
-No beer (I am a total beer lover, especially IPA's)

Workout goals (Completed in the morning)
-Tabata Train 3-4 days a week
-Jillian Micheal's 30 day shred 3-4 times a week
-Walk my dog (Bearold) 15-30mins/day
